There are two aspects:
1. The file was originally compressed for delivery via email – due to its large size, it was an issue for both the client and the web host.
2. The file is now (in my opinion) compressed to a size that is easy to download and store – like in many other archived file sharing sites. However, the file size you see doesn’t take into account the fact that I have provided a “full” version of the compressed file, which would require extra space.
If you want a specific file to be properly compressed, I can provide you with a ZIP version which includes the compressed full file. As mentioned, this file is about 709.1 KB, if you could try downloading it that would be great.
I don’t like the fact that the company is asking to buy more licenses than one customer needs. I don’t know how much is their cut but this can only be a problem. As a customer myself I would not be happy with that.
That is why I will no longer purchase any of their products.

I’d agree that there is a disadvantage for the customer in having to buy more license keys than customers actually need. However, our pricing was decided on the basis that larger companies have more than one person using the application. The way we’ve structured it is that, if only one user uses the program, there is only one licensed key. If there are multiple users, the licensing is split into multiple keys. This has the upside of encouraging the customer to install it on more computers as they will have to buy extra keys if a couple of computers are going to be using the tool simultaneously.
For the customer, it is more likely that they will pay for one key if one of their people uses the application. In any case, if they
